This summer you can celebrate a special birthday with the help of Normal Parks and Recreation! Both Town of Normal pools and Safety Town offer fun and memorable options to fit every budget.
Celebrate with Aquatics!
Your child will LOVE having their birthday party at Fairview or Anderson Aquatic Centers! Birthday parties include pool admission up to 10 people and TWO hours in the private party area. Maximum party size is 20. Parties must be booked at least one week in advance.
Aquatic birthday party package options (Group Size: 10/20):
- Package 1 $75/$100: Includes admission, cookie, drink, and balloon for each child.
- Package 2 $90/$130: Includes admission, cupcake, ice cream cup, drink, and balloon for each child.
- Package 3* $110/$150: Includes admission, pizza slice or hot dog, cupcake, ice cream cup, drink, and balloon for each child. *This package is only available at Fairview.

Party at Safety Town!
Four packages are available for ages 3-6 years old. Each package includes the use of tricycles, miniature roads, and Safety Town Depot shelter. Pricing ranges from $6.50-$8 per child. Parties can be scheduled from May - September, Monday-Sunday, 10:00am-7:00pm.
Safety Town birthday party package options:
- Package 1: $6.00 per child (maximum 20). Includes Safety Town program, play time,
goodie bags, and balloon bouquet - Package 2: $6.50 per child (maximum 20). Includes Package 1, 12/20 cupcakes
or 1/4 cake, and balloons. - Package 3: $7.50 per child (maximum 20). Includes Package 1, 3 pizzas for
up to 12 or 5 pizzas for 13-20 and balloons. - Package 4: $8.50 per child (maximum 20). Includes Package 1, 2 & 3 combined.
Reservations must be made two weeks prior to the requested rental date. Rentals are for two hours. Required ages 3-6 years. Helmets are strongly encouraged to ride on tricycles (please note, helmets are NOT provided). Reservations can be made at the Normal Parks and Recreation office. Safety Town is located in Carden Park behind Fire Station #3 along Raab Rd.
