Treat Feast in Uptown Normal

Description

Uptown Normal's annual family-friendly trick-or-treating event!

From 5-6:30 p.m., the streets will be closed to traffic as Uptown Normal businesses welcome trick-or-treaters in a safe and fun setting.

FREE to participate; all ages welcome!

There is no designated starting location—trick-or-treaters can make their way through Uptown Normal via any route they choose.

Dress-up is encouraged!
