Description
This FREE event is all about water safety and why swim lessons are so important to youth, specifically children of color. Children of color are 5.5 times more likely to experience a drowning event than white children. While this event targets children of color of the Bloomington Normal community, ALL are welcome to attend! All kids who attend get entered into a raffle. Three lucky winners will receive 3-months of swim lessons at the YMCA Swim School for free!
