Bloomington Public Library’s Annual Summer Reading Program!

The Summer Reading theme is "Reading By Design." Help us kick off the Summer Reading Program by marking your calendar and attending our Thursday, June 1, Lego Party. Lego games and activities are going to take over both the Community Room and the Children's Department from 10am-12pm.

Summer Reading is for kids, teens, and adults, and there are prizes offered in each age group. Prizes can be claimed between June 12-July 31.

KIDS:
Kids who complete the program will take home a prize pack and get to pick a prize from our Treasure Chest.

TEENS:
Teens who complete the program will take home our completion prize pack which is outlined below. In addition, for each 5 hours a teen reads, they’ll earn a prize slip for a drawing that will take place at the program’s conclusion.

ADULTS:

Adults can earn up to 4 prize entries this summer by reading and taking part in library programs. With each entry, you’ll have the opportunity to enter the drawings of your choice with a chance to win one of 15 prizes chosen for adults. You’ll be entering specifically for the prize(s) you’re interested in winning.
