Worldwide Day of Play & Uptown Block Party: Saturday, Sept. 27

September 17, 2014
Imagine an entire day devoted to play... You are invited to join us at the 8th annual Worldwide Day of Play and Uptown Block Party. You'll discover an exciting variety of fantastic activities for the whole family.

The Uptown Block Party is bigger and better than ever! Visit tons of booths offering different play based activities, take part in stage activities and event Touch-a-Truck! Why drive when you can ride? Ride your bike to Uptown Normal and have your children participate in the Bike Rodeo (don't forget your closed toe shoes if you want to participate). Bicycle parking will be provided. Too far to ride? Loaner bikes will also be available. Bike helmets will be given away, but get there early - it's only while supplies last. Don't forget to visit Bloomington-Normal Macaroni Kid's bubble booth too! Follow the bubbles on Beautfort St. to find us!

Ready to play? Here's where to be and when:
