In the past few years, Uptown Normal has gone through a major transformation: from quiet and quaint streets to a lively place where familes come to eat, shop and play. Home of the Children's Discovery Museum, Sugar Creek Arts Festival, Sweet Corn Blues Festival, Historic Normal Theater, new Transportation Center, The Circle (named the number one spot on a list of the Top 100 Public Places in the U.S.), and much more, Uptown Normal has quickly become a favorite spot in our community.
