As summer heats up, now is the perfect time to find some sizzling summer activities for you and the kids. The Town of Normal has the best activities for every kid no matter the interest. With so many activities to choose from, you won’t have to hear, “what are we going to do now?” ever again.
Have a kid that loves music and being creative? Then try the Make Music Normal event, June 24, from noon to 4 pm to have your kids creating their own instruments. Does someone in your family enjoy learning new things even when school is out? Fantastic Fridays at the Children’s Discovery Museum offer a chance to keep your kids’ brains active with special activities.
If you want to have a fun and relaxing 4th of July then check out the Town of Normal pools. Both Fairview and Anderson Aquatic Centers will have events throughout the day to celebrate. Nothing can beat the ease of grabbing the kids, sunscreen, and towels and finishing the day with fireworks at the Fairview Park.
