Friends, family, and Special Opportunities in Recreation (S.O.A.R.) participants of all ages are invited to participate in the S.O.A.R. Respect Run 5K on March 26, 2017. The Respect Run is a non-competitive event that exists for the purpose of raising awareness of the R-Word Campaign and an effort to change the R-Word to RESPECT.
On-site registration will be available at 9:30 a.m. the day of the race for $5. T-shirts will be available for sale at the event ($15). Limited sizes will be available. The run/walk begins at 10 a.m.
Pre-race registration ends March 3. Those who pre-register can pick up T-shirts and event materials on Friday, March 24 between 4 - 7:00 p.m. at Lincoln Leisure Center or on the day of the race starting at 9:30 a.m.
