Much to See & Do at the Festival of Trees

At Festival of Trees, you will find a variety of beautifully decorated trees - from traditional to contemporary and everything in between. There are 4-foot trees and 7-foot trees in a wide range of colors and themes, all available for auction and sale. But did you know that there is much more to the Festival of Trees? This year's attractions are bigger and better than ever! Here's what you can see and do at this year's Festival of Trees.

Café: Grab a bite to eat and visit with friends and family at the Festival's Café. Choose from delicious soups, sandwiches, salads, coffee and much more to help you recharge before heading back to see more of the Festival.

Celebrity Place: Celebrity Place features small trees that showcase area businesses and media personalities. See the trees, bid on a few and maybe you can take home some great items such as autographed photos, framed prints, collectables and more. This year features trees representing the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Cubs, the Beatles, Frozen, Hello Kitty, Minecraft and Mary Poppins to name a few.


Country Cookie Shop:
Just as sweet as it sounds, the Cookie Shop is the place to satify your sweet tooth with a yummy cookie baked by Denny's Doughnuts. Grab one as a snack or pick up a few for a take-home treat.

Gift Card Grab: Gift cards to favorite local businesses make great stocking stuffers! Pick up a few at the Festival during the Gift Card Grab. First "bid" wins. 100% of your purchase goes to The Baby Fold!

The Greates Gift Shop and Vendor Gifts: Get a jump-start on your holiday shopping at the Festival's "Greatest Gift Shop". Find unique one-of-a-kind items, jewelry, collectables, toys, books and so much more. There will be something for everyone on your list.

Gingerbread Village: Visit the Gingerbread Village to see gingerbread houses like you've never seen before. There will be expertly designed gingerbread houses, buildings, landmarks and scenes plus some fun ones designed by inspired local community members. All will be a frosted delight that you can bid on to take home.


Jingle Bell Junction and Santa's Workshop: Kids of all ages are invited to play in the Festival of Trees' Jingle Bell Junction! Enjoy crafts, games, face painting, entertainment and much more. And it wouldn't be the Festival of Trees without a visit with Santa Claus! Parents, don't forget to bring your camera. This is the perfect place to get a picture of your child with the jolly big guy!

Main Stage: Stop by the Main Stage of the Festival where a vaiety of local talent will be showcased. From dancers and tumblers to bands and choirs, this year's entertainment will get you into the holiday spirit.


Spa Tree: Do the holidays have you feeling wound up? Then you might need a day at the spa! Salons and Clubs from around the community have donated fabulous salon services. Find out how you can take home a gift certificate for yourself or someone special by visiting the Festival's Spa Tree. 100% of your purchase will benefit the Baby Fold.

Wreaths, Table Settings & More: Get inspired by dozens of wreaths, table settings and centerpieces specially designed by members of our community! When you see something you love, place a bid or purchase the items on the spot with the Angel Price listed. The auction runs throughout the Festival until Sunday at 2pm.


The Festival of Trees will take place at the Interstate Center's Mini Expo and West Expo Buildings locaed at 1106 Interstate Drive in Bloomington on November 21-23, 2014.

Tickets are on sale now for $6/adult in advance, $7/adult at the door, $2 for children age 3-12, children under 3 are free. General admission are good for a single day.

Saturday, November 22, 9am-8pm
Sunday, November 23, 9am-5pm
