Ready to get your money's worth out of those Halloween costumes? Good! Because Halloween events kick into high gear this week. Starting Thursday with the Not-So-Scary Haunted Trail in Normal. Grab a canned food item and head over for a fun walk down the trail with your kids. This weekend, babies and their grown ups are invited to parade through Toys R Us, kids can make a cool Frankenstein craft at Michael's for just $2 and also a bat craft at the Normal Library for free!
